By day, I'm a product manager. By training, an engineer who designed chips — the compute-providing kind, not the potato kind. So I've worked both ends of the machine: the silicon, and the question that actually matters — what's worth building.

Building something used to take a team and a budget. AI cut that to a clear head and a weekend — so capability isn't the bottleneck anymore. Judgment is. Knowing what to build, who it's for, and what “good” even looks like. Skip that, and AI just helps you ship the wrong thing faster. I treat it like a collaborator whose skills augment mine while I set the direction, not an intern I hand tasks to and hope for the best.

So I build in public — real projects, squeezed around a full-time job and a personal life I'm not giving up. You'll see what the slick demos leave out: the trade-offs, the dead ends, the things that break.
